As you might have noticed, the January subscription fee was missing from your 1st January monthly statement due to an issue with the invoicing.
The subscription fee for January appeared in your AbeBooks account details on 1st January, however, it did not appear on the monthly statement. For sellers who have a credit card on file, this amount has not been charged.
The problem has now been fixed and your January subscription fee will be posted to your 1st – 8th January Weekly Summary.
To provide you with all the correct information for your accounting records, you will receive two separate emails today (Friday, 8th January):
- A new email statement for January 2010, with a different invoice number, which will include the sales processed between 1st and 8th January plus the January subscription fees. This document will complete the previous email statement for your accounting records.
- A Weekly Summary, which will contain the sales processed between 1st - 8th January as usual, including the subscription fees for January.
The information of the 1st – 8th January Weekly Summary will be displayed with the January statement in your account details. To view it, go to your “Account Details by Statement” select “January 2010” and click “View”. Choose the weekly details to view the related amounts.
As usual, we will use offset billing to settle the subscription fees; if there is an outstanding balance and if you have a credit card on file, it will be automatically charged. Otherwise any outstanding amount can be paid, as usual, by bank transfer or cheque.
The next monthly statement will include all account details from 8th January to 5th February.
