We would like to inform you that one of our credit card service providers is currently carrying out some maintenance. Therefore, some of your orders might display an error message referring to a network error when you try to process them. These orders have not been rejected and will not be lost.
Our Finance department will unlock these orders as soon as possible and you will receive an email when the order is available for processing.
To avoid any further difficulties, we would strongly recommend waiting until the end of this maintenance period (tomorrow morning) to process these orders.
