Contacting AbeBooks Customer Service

We have received some reports from booksellers stating that they have not received a response to their email enquiries. We are currently investigating this issue.

If you have not yet received a reply to an enquiry, we recommend that you resubmit your enquiry using our Online Contact Form.

We strongly encourage all booksellers to use the online form to contact us as opposed to sending emails. Using the form will ensure that we receive your enquiry in a timely manner. Many thanks!
