HomeBase 2.3 'On Hold' Function Update

We are pleased to inform you that we have updated HomeBase 2.3 to address the 'On Hold' functionality.

In the past, 'On Hold' was an offline status only and was interpreted by our system as 'For Sale'. We now have the facility to update your conversion to interpret the 'On Hold' status as 'Unavailable', removing those listings from your online inventory.

This change will only affect those booksellers who decide to 'opt in.' This means that if you would like to use the 'On Hold' status to remove listings, you will simply need to contact the Customer Service Team and request that we update your HomeBase 2.3 conversion. Once your conversion has been updated, any listing uploaded in the 'On Hold' status will be removed from your online inventory.

If you choose not to update your conversion, listings marked as 'On Hold' will continue to be interpreted as 'For Sale' and will be visible online.
