Are you going away to visit the family, or taking a break in the Caribbean to beat the winter blues this Christmas? If you know that you won't be available to process your orders, don't forget to take your books offline first to ensure that you are not receiving orders that you cannot process.
Did you know that you can give your books a vacation too? The vacation tool allows you to remove your books for the period of your holiday, so that buyers cannot place orders for your books that you are not able to fulfil.
Our Vacation Tips:
- Ensure that you set the vacation 24 hours before your holiday is due to start, you will prevent any last orders coming in whilst you are away.
- When entering the end date of your holiday, again set it 24 hours before you are due to return to your shop, you will ensure that your inventory is ready and waiting for you when you get back.
- Minimum subscription fees still apply for that vacation period, so if you know that you will be away for longer than 3 weeks you may wish to temporarily close your account.
- If you are not sure which route to take, contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to see which route makes the most sense for you.
